Driving Question:
How can I use my knowledge of food preparation, nutrition and design to improve an existing restaurant?
Project Summary:
You are a member of a group hoping to be hired for a restaurant re-design project. The owner of the restaurant has asked that you design a plan updating the current logo, menu, interior design layout, and new “Specialty” appetizer. Once the plan is approved, you and your teammates will work to complete your newly re-designed restaurant. You will present your plan to management for approval.
